As all our products are made-to-order, we require a minimum production time of two weeks before shipping. We take pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed pieces that reflect our commitment to excellence and attention to detail. By using our Site, you agree to be bound by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth herein.

Platform Information: Our store is hosted on a third-party e-commerce platform that provides the technical infrastructure for our website and online store operations.

  1. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after full payment (except for Cash on Delivery) and verification. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

Pricing: Our prices include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Availability: All products are made-to-order and subject to availability.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Partner: Blue-Ex Courier

Production Time: As our products are made-to-order, we require a minimum of two weeks for production.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2–5 business days.

International Shipping: Coming soon.

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on location and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details and proof of damage or defect. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made and personalized jewelry are non-returnable.

Warranty: We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.

Free Repairs: Covered within the warranty period for eligible defects.

Paid Repairs: Available for damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, or accidents.
