Return & Refund Policy for Noufera Jewelry

At Noufera, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Items received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Incorrect items shipped

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind.

  1. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, details of the item, and a clear photo showing the damage or defect (if applicable).
  • Await return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Once authorized, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  1. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns, Noufera will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange the return via our shipping partner, Blue-Ex Courier, and provide you with a shipping label or pickup instructions.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or digital wallet). Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
